Working closely with the Architects, we created a full-package scheme within a tight Project budget by utilising recessed linear light to provide task-lighting in key living areas and minimal recessed downlights for accent lighting to the Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Circulation areas were also optimised to create a well-planned concept design that enabled the Designer to refine the final detailed package in-line with the Client’s main objective – specify within budget.
