Designed by Qeblawi Brooks and built by Palace Group LLC, this benchmark Villa sets the standard as one of Jumeirah Bay’s finest dwellings. Our scope to supply all Architectural lighting to the Interior includes the updated System02, with the trimless track and line-of-light configurations.

The line-of-light has been installed with great care and attention to detail, with over 60m in one ceiling area alone. Microtrim and Pinhole Downlights were also specified in living and bathroom areas, in addition to Marker_A TL in the feature staircase.
