Diamond Bank HQ

Project: Diamond Bank HQ, Lagos, Nigeria Client: Qeblawi Brooks LLC, Dubai Year: Completed 2020 (ongoing...) Full-package supply of Architectural Lighting fixtures to the Headquarters of Diamond Bank, Lagos, Nigeria. Customised Linear Profiles were supplied throughout and Bowdon TL Double was selected by the ID team as the main Downlight fixture for use throughout the Interior. Circa 140D and Kubik IP44 were also specified on this high-end office Project.      

Beach Walk Hotel

Project: Beach Walk Hotel, Dubai Client: Al Waleed Real Estate LLC Year: Completed 2020   80-key Hotel / 4-star / Design, specification, and supervision of full-package lighting scheme, in Contractor/Client budget. Custom Decorative lighting supplied to Guestrooms, Lobby and All-day dining areas. Our Architectural fixtures (Optima AG, Microtrim, Pinhole, Proline 60...and more) were used in the Public Areas and Guestrooms.

Dubai Hills Villa

Project: Dubai Hills High-end Villa Client: Private Individual Year: In progress... Full-package supply of Decorative and Architectural Lighting to this bespoke, high-end Villa in Dubai Hills. The Client has exacting standards and was referred to AKC Lighting by another happy Client. We worked closely with the Interior Designer and the Client to achieve a very high-end look within budget and with superior technical performance. All fixtures are dimmable and are controlled by a Crestron system. The Project is under construction (as of March 2020).    

National Bank of Bahrain HQ

Project: NBB Offices (National Bank of Bahrain), Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain Client: Havelock One AHI, Bahrain Year: Completed 2019 Full-package supply of Architectural and Decorative Lighting fixtures to the Headquarters of the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), in Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Customised Linear Profiles were plated in bespoke finishes to match the metalwork of the furniture. The Project was delivered on a tight deadline, to a very high standard.      

Sweden Palaces

Project: Sweden Palaces, The World Islands, Dubai Client: Kleindienst Group Year: Specified 2016, in progress... Full-package supply of Decorative and Architectural Lighting to ultra-prime Residential Palaces, located on the World Islands, Dubai. The benchmark Villa was successfully completed in 2017 and the remaining Palaces are near completion. We worked closely with the Developer's Design team, to ensure technical performance was in keeping with the specified. Our final package of fixtures enabled the Client a 70% saving compared to the original specified fixtures and resulted in AKC Lighting becoming the specified Brand for the Project.      

Ellington Properties HQ

Project: Ellington Properties Offices, (17th Floor) Burlington Tower, Dubai Client: Ellington Properties Year: Completed 2018 Full-package supply of Architectural and Decorative Lighting fixtures to the Corporate Headquarters of Ellington Properties. Customised Decorative fixtures were plated in bespoke finishes to match the metalwork of the furniture. The Project was delivered on a tight deadline, to a very high standard.  

Wilton Park Residences

Project: Wilton Residences (1 & 2), Dubai Client: Ellington Properties Year: Specified 2018 A development of high-end apartments in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. Ellington Properties are a design-led Developer and pride themselves on their quality-driven Projects. We have been specified as the Architectural Lighting Brand of choice for this development, which is currently under construction (as of March 2020).  

Belgravia Heights 2

Project: Belgravia Heights 2, Dubai Client: Ellington Properties Year: Specified 2018 A development of high-end apartments in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. Ellington Properties are a design-led Developer and pride themselves on their quality-driven Projects. We have been specified as the Architectural Lighting Brand of choice for this development, which is currently under construction (as of March 2020).    

Lemontree Hotel

Project: Lemontree Hotel, Dubai Client: Al Waleed Real Estate LLC Year: Completed 2019   114-key Hotel / 3-star / Design, specification, and supervision of full-package lighting scheme, in Contractor/Client budget. Custom Decorative lighting supplied to Guestrooms, Lobby and All-day dining areas. Our Architectural fixtures (Skate SF90, Ryder Deep Single, Proline 60...and more) were used throughout the interior.

JA Resorts The Manor

Project: JA Resorts, The Manor Hotel, Dubai Client: Asas Investments Year: Completed 2019 248-key Hotel / 4-star / Design, specification, and supervision of full-package lighting scheme, in Contractor/Client budget. Custom Decorative lighting supplied to Guestrooms, Lobby and All-day dining areas. Our Architectural fixtures (Skate SF90, Microtrim, VirgoXL, Proline 60...and more) were used throughout the interior

Jumeirah Bay Villa

Project: MV-47 High-end Villa, Jumeirah Bay, Dubai Client: Private Individual Year: Completed 2020 A benchmark Project for AKC Lighting, this ultra-prime Villa (Jumeirah Bay, Dubai) is an example of how AKC Lighting delivers an exceptional interior lighting scheme in budget, without aesthetic or technical compromise. Our Architectural Lighting package provided a 30% saving over the value-engineered packages from other reputable Brands. The original specified lighting was way over the PC Sum and we worked very closely with the Designer and the MEP Contractor to design, supply, install and commission a package at an attractive price-point. The final lighting scheme is a result of very effective collaboration with a quality-driven Designer and a Client with exacting standards.      

Germany Villas

Project: Germany Villas, The World Islands, Dubai Client: Kleindienst Group Year: In progress... Full-package supply of Decorative and Architectural Lighting to high-end contemporary Villas, located on the World Islands, Dubai. Working closely with the Developer's Design team, we've ensured technical performance is in keeping with the specified. Our final package of fixtures provides the Client with a 60% saving compared to the original specified fixtures and has resulted in AKC Lighting becoming the specified/approved Brand for the Project. The Project is under construction (as of March 2020).    

Rosemont Hotel & Apartments

Project: Rosemont Hotel, Dubai Client: Hilton Curio Collection c/o Private Investment Group Year: Specified 2016, in progress... Full-package supply of Decorative Lighting to the Mock-up suites for the Rosemont Hotel, a benchmark 5-star Mixed-use development in Barsha Heights, Dubai. We worked closely with the Designers and provided a suite of bespoke fixtures with the highest-grade of plated metal finishes, in keeping with the standard of the Hotel and Apartments.      

Zawaya Apartments

Project: Zawaya Apartments, Motor City, Dubai Client: Union Properties Year: Specified 2018 Working closely with the Architects, we created a full-package scheme within a tight Project budget by utilising recessed linear light to provide task-lighting in key living areas and minimal recessed downlights for accent lighting to the Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Circulation areas were also optimised to create a well-planned concept design that enabled the Designer to refine the final detailed package in-line with the Client's main objective - specify within budget.    

Portofino Hotel

Project: Portofino Hotel, The World Islands, Dubai Client: Kleindienst Group Year: Specified 2018, in progress... Full-package supply of Decorative and Architectural Lighting to the Mock-up suite of the Portofino Hotel, a new-concept 5-star Family Resort, located on the World Islands, Dubai. We worked closely with the Designers and provided a suite of bespoke fixtures with the highest-grade of plated metal finishes, in keeping with the standard of the Hotel. The Project is under construction (as of March 2020).
